Nils is Head of Distribution and Products at Twelve Securis, with a focus on Switzerland, Continental Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

Nils is a member of the Twelve Securis Executive Committee and Product Governance Committee.

Prior to joining Twelve Capital in September 2020, Nils was the Global Head - Advisory Solutions and Product Management at EFG Bank AG. From 2000 to 2013 Nils worked for Bank Sarasin and Cie AG in Basel and Zürich. Initially as Management Support of the Private Banking division, in 2002 he joined the management board of the Investment Fund division as the Head of Products and Services. From 2005 to 2013 Nils was the Global Head of Products and also the COO of the Asset Management and Products division and acted as the Chairman of the Group’s Fund companies. From 2013 to 2016 Nils was the CEO of Bank J. Safra Sarasin (Deutschland) AG primarily focusing on restructuring and managing various complex projects. Nils began his senior professional career in 1995 as a Management Consultant with ZEB in Münster, a consultancy specialising in the financial industry and was also responsible for establishing and managing ZEB’s Zürich office in 1997.

Nils holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster majoring in Finance, Capital Markets and Bank Management.
