Theo leads International Capital Markets Structuring and Cyber Insurance-Linked Securities at Lockton Re Capital Markets. Theo structured and transacted the market’s first cyber catastrophe bonds. He has led the issuance of over $900M of private 4(2) cat bonds, underwritten-Rule 144A cat bonds and Industry Loss Warranties for standalone cyber. Theo has experience across a range of business lines, serving ILS structuring and P&C reinsurance broking roles at Aon Securities, Gallagher Securities and Willis Re. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) accreditation.​
