Henry Skeoch is the Cyber Portfolio Management Leader at Beazley. Sitting within the Cyber Risks Underwriting Management team, this role involves a broad range of activities related to managing the underwriting risk associated with Beazley’s Cyber Risks book, in particular the modelling and management of accumulation risk. Since joining Beazley in 2023, he has been an integral part of the team working on the Polestar series of Cyber ILS that Beazley has sponsored, with the $300mn PoleStar Re Ltd 2026-1 the largest cyber cat bond placed to date. Henry is a regular speaker at insurance industry events and is the author of several peer-reviewed academic publications on the economics of cyber risk. Prior to joining Beazley, he completed a PhD in the Economics of Information Security at University College London, which followed 10 years industry experience as a Rates and Inflation Strategist for a major Investment Bank.
