Jag Jass brings a background in ILS and retrospective reinsurance to his role as Partner at Augment Risk, where he focuses on delivering solutions that drive capital efficiency for clients. Jag has over 12 years of experience across a range of structures, including LPTs, ADCs and ILS, spanning all P&C lines.
Prior to joining Augment Risk, Jag was part of the Capital Solutions team at Gallagher Re, where he focused on ILS, capital advisory and legacy solutions. He began his career in corporate strategy and M&A, working exclusively within the (re)insurance industry.
