James has over 25 years’ experience across the Lloyd’s and international (re)insurance industry.
James joined Apollo in 2021 to lead our Group underwriting strategy. He brings extensive experience in sophisticated technology, advanced analytics, and innovative underwriting solutions. Most recently he was the CUO at a top 5 global P&C company. He is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds an MBA from Imperial College, London. James is passionate about sharing thought leadership and intelligence on the future of underwriting and data across our market and for the benefit of our clients’ needs.
