Steven joined Arrowhead in early 2026, is based in London and is responsible for leading the group’s international platform, including specialty MGAs under the Arrowhead Underwriting umbrella and international wholesale brokers under the Bridge Specialty umbrella. Steven brings deep experience across insurance broking, MGA and the wider professional services sector. Prior to joining Arrowhead, he was Group President at Charles Taylor. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Ardonagh Group, Corant Group and RFIB, alongside experience in technology and outsourcing businesses including Xchanging and Agilisys. With a career spanning growth, transformation and M&A across both insurance and adjacent sectors, Steven brings a broad strategic perspective on scale, specialisation and value creation in complex organisations.
