Morgan brings more than 25 years of insurance industry experience across leadership, sales, and underwriting. He has spent the past decade at Zurich, where he currently leads the retail commercial division, covering Zurich’s SME and mid-market regional business – a role he has held for the last three years. Before stepping into this position, Morgan held various roles across Zurich’s UK business.
Morgan is a member of Zurich UK Retail Leadership team, his current role has responsibility for leading Underwriting, Sales and Operational teams across the UK.
He leads strategic initiatives and focuses on building strong, long-term broker and client relationships with a focus on ensuring consistently high service standards.
