Greg Williams is the Chairman & CEO of Acrisure, a global Fintech company
which he Co-founded in 2005. The Company has $5 billion in annual
revenue, has delivered a 45% compounded growth rate since 2013 and in the
Insurance Brokerage category, grew faster than any Broker in the world for
eight straight years (2015-2022). Through approximately 1,000 acquisitions,
Acrisure has grown its footprint from 3 States in 2013 to a presence in 24
countries and every state in America.
Under Greg’s leadership, Acrisure’s product and service offerings continue
to expand and now includes Payroll, Payment Processing, Cyber Security,
Mortgages, Real Estate Services, and several others.
Beginning with a joint venture in 2019 that led to an acquisition in 2020,
Greg has driven Acrisure’s transformation into an AI-powered Fintech
company. Acrisure’s proprietary technology now powers many aspects of the
company, from lead generation and prospecting to cross-selling to client
service and retention to optimizing Acrisure’s relationships with clients and
partners, such as insurance carriers.
Since the 2022 unveiling of Acrisure Stadium, home of the Pittsburgh
Steelers, Acrisure has been strategically building its brand, powered by its
highly differentiated digital marketing capability that uses AI to deliver the
right impressions to the right people at the right time. Acrisure’s brand is now
recognized and known by over 10% of US households.
Greg has also led Acrisure’s social initiatives, with a focus on children’s health
and community impact. In 2020, Acrisure established the Center for
Innovation in Children’s Health at the Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in
Grand Rapids, Michigan, and, in 2023, supported the top-ranked Heart
Institute at the UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation in Pittsburgh. In 2021,
Acrisure formed a joint venture focused on providing access to financial
services to minority-owned enterprises, and, in 2024, unveiled the Acrisure
Amphitheater in the company’s hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Prior to Co-founding Acrisure, Greg was an Investor and Board Advisor to a
variety of companies and was a Vice President for Michigan National
Corporation (MNC), a $19 billion bank holding company
