Frank Majors is a Co-Founder of Nephila Capital. From its founding until the end of 2025, he was the Co-CEO and President of Nephila Holdings. He currently works on the portfolio team at Nephila, and supports the leadership of the firm when called upon. Mr. Majors was previously a Director of Velocity Risk Underwriters LLC and Velocity HoldCo LLC, a leading MGA in the property insurance market that was launched under the Nephila umbrella. Prior to founding Nephila, Mr. Majors was the Managing Director at Willis Corroon Capital Management.

Mr. Majors earned his BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and his MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management. He was a long-time holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has served on various boards, including of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the University of New Haven.
