Paul McGuigan is Head of Strategic Relationships, Americas at Allianz Commercial, where he leads a team responsible for delivering innovative, customized insurance solutions to global and regional brokers and clients across the Americas. He brings deep expertise in business development, sales, marketing, and data analytics to drive strategic growth and long-term partnerships.
With more than 25 years of insurance industry experience, Paul has a strong record of building and managing senior broker and multinational client relationships while executing strategies that support revenue growth and retention.
Paul joined Allianz Commercial in 2021 and has held progressive leadership roles, including Strategic Relationship Leader and Head of Strategic Relationships for North America, before assuming his current position. Prior to Allianz, he held senior client relationship, and business development roles at AIG across North America, Europe, and EMEA, and the JLT Group.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Leeds Beckett University and a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
