Christopher Pesce is the executive vice president of Arrowhead Programs. Previously, he was the division president, One80 Programs at One80 Intermediaries, overseeing in-house programs and binding authorities. Before joining One80, Pesce served as principal shareholder and board member of Gowrie Holdings, Inc., as well as President of Maritime Program Group and EVP & Secretary of Gowrie Group.

Pesce joined Maritime Program Group in 1995 as an intern while studying at Saint Joseph’s College, NY, later leading its growth from under $4 million to over $134 million in premiums before selling to One80 in 2019. MPG offers recreational, ocean and inland marine insurance and high-net worth personal insurance nationwide.

Pesce is past President and current board member of Target Markets Program Administrators Association.
