Andrew Cochran is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group, based in the firm's Chicago office. He specializes in M&A, capital raising, and corporate finance for the specialty insurance distribution sector, covering wholesale brokers, managing general agencies, captive managers, and warranty TPAs.

Mr. Cochran joined Houlihan Lokey as part of its acquisition of Waller Helms Advisors in 2024. He joined Waller Helms when it was founded and was a Managing Director and Partner at the time of the merger. Prior to Waller Helms, Mr. Cochran was in the Financial Sponsor Coverage and Leveraged Finance Group of Macquarie Capital.
Mr. Cochran graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
