Tracie is the Global Leader of Strategic Clients at Cytora based in New York, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance industry across a diverse range of disciplines to our organization. Beginning her career in Australia, Tracie has worked in senior global positions in Europe, UK and the US. Prior to Cytora, Tracie spent many years at Aon where she held senior positions, most notably, the Global Head of Climate and ESG and EMEA CEO of Aon Commercial Risks. Prior to Aon, Tracie was Global Head of Crisis Management at AIG based in New York, managing the largest Crisis Management book in the insurance market. Tracie joined AIG from Aon, where she was for nearly a decade holding senior Crisis Management leadership roles across many regions. Tracie is a recognized leader with strategic focus on using technology, data and analytics to bring value to the the (re)insurance industry.
