Jeffrey Davis is a Partner and the Chief Investment Officer, Catastrophe Bonds for Elementum Advisors, LLC. As the lead portfolio manager for Elementum’s catastrophe bond investment activities, Jeff’s responsibilities include day-to-day portfolio management, setting portfolio strategy, management and development of the cat bond investment team and overseeing the cat bond investment process. As a Partner, he also contributes to the advancement of Elementum’s vision and overall stewardship of the firm’s business. Jeff has been involved in the insurance capital markets space with specific concentration in bond structuring and distribution since 2011. He spent nearly a decade with Aon Securities prior to joining Elementum in 2020, working in such areas as structuring, marketing, and originating of ILS investments, and advising (re)insurance clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Jeff is a graduate of Miami University where he earned a BS in Finance and Economics from the Farmer School of Business.
