Richard Gray joined Beazley in 2023, bringing with him a more than twenty-five years’ experience in investment management and capital markets. He joined as the Head of Third Party Capital, where he has overseen strategies including cyber catastrophe bonds, natural catastrophe bonds, Lloyd's capital and broader third party capital initiatives.

Now based in Bermuda, he has assumed the position of General Manager of Bermuda, alongside his Third Party Capital leadership role. He is responsible for leading Beazley’s growing Bermuda presence and spearheading its specialty strategy on the island.
