Damini Mago joined Guy Carpenter in 2025 as Senior Vice President and Head of Cyber Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS), North America. In this role, she is dedicated to advancing the rapidly evolving Cyber ILS market and delivering innovative capital market solutions tailored to the unique needs of Cyber (re)insurance clients. Damini works collaboratively across the Cyber Center of Excellence and GC Securities, leveraging integrated expertise to provide comprehensive value and strategic insights to clients.

She brings extensive expertise in measuring, modeling, and managing Cyber risk, as well as developing capital strategies within the (re)insurance industry. Prior to joining Guy Carpenter, she led Cyber modeling strategy and product development at Moody’s, formerly RMS, where she played a key role in shaping the product roadmap and driving the adoption of Cyber Catastrophe models. Her work involved close engagement with industry stakeholders to enhance risk assessment and management capabilities.

Damini holds a master’s degree in Financial Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, combining technical expertise with financial acumen to support innovative solutions in the Cyber risk space.
