Laura Schoefer is DUAL North America’s Executive Vice President of Commercial Casualty Claims. A licensed attorney, she has built her career across a broad spectrum of casualty claims. Laura began her career in-house at a large, self insured organization before transitioning to Berkshire Hathaway’s internal TPA, where she focused on long tail liabilities. She later spent five years as a technical director at Allianz and worked at a Boston-based insurance coverage law firm. Following this experience, Laura moved into modern casualty claims, serving as Head of Claims for both an insurtech based MGA and R&Q Insurance Holdings, Ltd., before joining DUAL.
