Jillian Williams has 30 years experience within the re/insurance and ILS industry, the last 15 years was at Leadenhall Capital Partners.  She was one of the founding employees at Leadenhall Capital Partners.  Jillian worked as Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of ESG at Leadenhall Capital Partners. She has extensive knowledge of underwriting, transaction origination, catastrophe modelling, actuarial pricing and consulting experience.   Prior to Leadenhall Captial Partners she was at Guy Carpenter (Marsh Group). She worked as Senior Vice President in the actuarial and modelling department, Instrat, providing services for the Capital Markets, Retro and Marine divisions, where among other things she managed projects in ILS, Retro and oversaw the analysis for new P&C business opportunities. Prior to Guy Carpenter, Jillian worked at Fidelity Investment as Performance Measurement Analyst.
