Jutta Kath is an experienced non executive director and corporate leader with a distinguished career across the European insurance and reinsurance industry. She currently serves on the boards of Beazley Insurance dac, Dublin, Uniqa Insurance Group, Vienna (Austria), and Uniqa Re AG, Zurich.

As Swiss Chair of the Insurance Supper Club (ISC Group) , Jutta champions diversity and inclusion in the financial services sector. She is also the founder of uni kath llc, a Zurich based consultancy and coaching practice, advising on governance, career development, financial health, and the application of AI in claims and run off management.

Jutta holds a law degree from the University of Regensburg, completed the Bar Exam in Munich, and studied at Tulane Law School on an academic scholarship.
