Steve started his career as a Lloyd's broker with Thomas Miller in 1983. Subsequently, he served in senior roles at Minet Ltd and HSBC, latterly as a main board director of HSBC Insurance Brokers. In 2008, Steve launched and managed the Insurance-Linked Securities (ILS) desk at TPICAP (Tullett Prebon). Steve retired in 2024, and enjoys following the ever-successful ILS industry with admiration and pride!
