Lenika Milne is Chief Marketing Officer of Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO), a leading insurance brokerage firm delivering customized insurance solutions since 1939. As CMO, Lenika leads enterprise marketing strategy, communications, brand, and sales enablement. She is a visionary leader known for transforming brands, scaling high-growth businesses, and building cultures that foster innovation and empower teams.

Previously, Lenika served as Chief Marketing Officer of Accession Risk Management, parent to Risk Strategies and One80 Intermediaries. She played a key leadership role in the firm’s $9.825 billion acquisition by Brown & Brown in 2025, overseeing strategic communications and helping guide the integration of two highly aligned organizations. Her leadership ensured clarity, continuity, and trust while highlighting the combined company’s expanded capabilities, enhanced carrier relationships, and broader portfolio of specialized solutions.

Earlier in her career, Lenika held global marketing leadership roles at Citi and AIG, leading international campaigns and driving growth across complex, highly regulated markets.

She is a passionate advocate for advancing women and developing emerging leaders, having sponsored mentorship and leadership programs throughout her career. Her industry contributions include serving as a judge for the Insurance Insider Awards and earning the Women in Insurance Award from Inside P&C.

Lenika holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego. She lives in Coral Gables, Florida, with her husband and three daughters.
