Allen leads Gallagher Re Program Solutions in North America, the leading MGA platform for capacity and reinsurance. He is located in the Dallas office after spending eight years in New York. Over his career, he has worked on large MGA and carrier risk management programs to bring the optimal capital for any transaction across all market cycles. Prior to joining Willis Re in 2005, he worked at Guy Carpenter for four years placing Property, Casualty and Professional Liability business for regional and national clients. Allen earned his B.A. degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Dallas.
