Greg Hendrick is CEO and Co-Founder of Vantage Group, a specialty re/insurance and insurance-linked securities platform built on deep underwriting expertise and innovative risk solutions. Greg brings nearly 40 years of industry leadership to Vantage spanning insurance and reinsurance markets. Prior to Vantage, he served as CEO of AXA XL and held numerous senior roles across XL Group over 25 years, including Chief Executive of Reinsurance and Chief Executive of Insurance. He began his career at AIG and holds a B.S. in Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude) from St. John's University. He serves on the boards of Verisk and St. John's University.
