Marc Adee is Chief Executive Officer of Crum & Forster (C&F), a leading national property, casualty, and accident & health insurer. Founded in 1822 and headquartered in New Jersey, C&F is part of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited.

Marc joined Fairfax in 2000 and has held a number of leadership positions throughout the organization prior to taking on his current role in 2015. He serves on the boards of several organizations, including the American Property Casualty Insurance Association; the Maurice R. Greenberg School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science at St. John’s University; the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center; the Community Foundation of New Jersey; the Tri-County Scholarship Fund; and Fulcrum Digital.

Marc holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
