Sharon Brown is the Founder and CEO of the Pet and Equine Insurance Association (PEIA), a cross-sector initiative focused on improving sustainability, collaboration and consumer outcomes across the pet and equine insurance market. She also runs Nutshell Consultancy, where she supports firms with product development, proposition design and distribution strategy.

Sharon has held numerous C-suite, board and advisory roles across the insurance sector, spanning MGAs, brokers and industry bodies. She is a board member of Insurance United Against Dementia in support of the Alzheimer’s Society and has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of the MGAA. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable insurance, female mentorship, community collaboration and better consumer outcomes.
