Sarah leads the UK and MENA claims team at Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) and is part of the LSM UK and MENA executive leadership and the global claims executive teams. She has more than two decades of experience with managing high value and complex international claims. She also has several years in leadership roles in the insurance industry and was most recently head of first party claims at LSM. She’s responsible for delivering strong client and broker outcomes, maintaining technical excellence, supporting the continued growth and strategic development of the business through LSM’s award-winning claims proposition.
