Emma Vaughan is HR Director for Amwins Global Risks, where she leads people strategy across the business. Working closely with the leadership team, Emma advances organizational effectiveness, talent development, culture, reward and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while enabling Amwins to attract, develop and retain the talent needed for continued growth.

Emma joined Amwins in 2024 and brings nearly two decades of global experience at the intersection of HR and the insurance and financial services industry. Throughout her career, Emma has supported organizations through periods of expansion and integration, working in a variety of roles spanning sales, operations and HR, giving her a strategic, commercially driven approach to people leadership.

Prior to joining Amwins, Emma served as Head of HR at Charles Taylor from 2019 to 2023.
